Preparation

To ensure the accuracy of your results (especially for the Insulin Resistance Test), please follow these steps:

  1. Medical Fasting: You must fast for 8 to 12 hours. Drinking water is permitted.

  2. Timing: It is best to schedule your appointment for the early morning following an overnight fast.

  3. Physical Activity: Avoid strenuous exercise or heavy physical activity for 24 hours prior to the test, as it can affect sugar and insulin levels.

  4. Medications: Please inform the medical staff if you are currently taking any diabetes medications or corticosteroids, as these can directly impact your results
