Viral cell culture

It is an analysis carried out by collecting a sample of body fluids or tissues that contain viruses, and adding them to specific cells that are used to help these viruses grow. If the virus that can cause the infection infects the cells in which the culture was performed, the viral culture is positive, and the type of virus can be identified using a microscope or a combination of other chemical tests.
